1994 115TLRS rigging parts help

Hi all, I need some help with a parts list for riggin a two stroke a 1994 115TLRS. I already have a 703 control box but the boat is a center console and I need a 704 binnacle control instead.

need 2 MAR-CABLE-xx-SC(replace xx with length cables needed) control cables.
704-82570-08-00 Switch panel.

Question about the 704 premium binnacle. How much room will I need to mount the control? At full forward throttle how much dash space will I need? I believe the handle is 8 inches and the base is 4 inches. Does this mean that at full throttle the handle is fully forward and I need 10 inches from front of control to back?

Just bought a 704-48205-14-00 binnacle control off of ebay. Is this equivalent to 704-48205-B0-00?
