blue wire? black wire?

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for a 1987 70 hp.
I have a blue wire and a black wire coming to the motor where the other wires come in (but it is not part of the main harness) and do not see anything that is missing these wires.
Also, I have replaced the oil injected powerhead with a non-oil injected powerhead. Can I cap off the red and green striped wire that used to lead to the oil pump?

There is a blue and black wire thats goes to elect choke solenoid. Yes cap off green wires.

I looked at the old powerhead and discovered it had a temp sensor and my new PH did not. I installed the sensor. I should have said light blue.
If I plug the solid green wire into the green/red wire, would that complete the circuit to by pass the oil injection low oil sensor?

No do not plug them togather.
