HI new to the fourm with problem HELP!!!

Hi everyone I have a 1990 yamaha 175 and the problem I am having is one side of the motor is overheating at low rpm's so I pulled out the t-stats and found that water is not making it to the toop cylinder on the side overheating . It has vary low pressure at low rpms .The motor has been run in saltwater it's whole life . PLEASE HELP Thanks Jason

Start with a new water pump kit and housing. New thermostats, clean pressure control valve. Next step would be to remove cylinder heads and clean water passages.
