leaky leg

ihave a 2002 f100aet i think the prob is oil seals in the oil pump, but how crank case oil leak down the leg , can idel ok but put in any gear dumps heaps of oil like 70% bad stain , as boat is in water 24 /7 please help
p.s idel still small amounts of oil, may be power head gasget ??????

Probably is oil pump leaking.
