1985 90etlk problems

haveing a couple of issues with my 90etlk i have oil coming out of the carbs and building up in the so called air filter pulled plugs and the bottom plug of the three is wet with oil and the second issue is that the coils are not fireing hot enough so i tested them with oms metter and number 1 and 2 are at 450 and the third is at 570 i was told it should be between 555 and 710 oms so i think the fire issue is what is causing the oil build up in the piston and thats why it running like crap anyone that has any help please let me now thanks swafia

It may still have original oil pump(without inline check valves in oil lines) which will allow oil to leak into air silencer when engine is store in tilt up position. Need to replace oil pump with 6H1-WS132-00-00.
