i have a 1992 c85 outboard and i took a compression test and each cylinder had same reading of 95 lb. is this a good reading ,and what is the normal amount of pressure. i did not take all three plugs out at one time, just the one i was testing, would that make a difference. thanks

My Clymer (1999-2002)book says anything less than 75 PSI is basis for suspicion. All the same reading is good.

In the world of 2 stroke jet skis....folks recommend leaving the other plugs in, while checking. They claim higher RPM's while cranking and being, "cold" gives a better baseline for future checks.--If the battery is full charged .

I tried it...and it seems to be true. But I was skeptical at first ????

So..... I guess you are good !!!!
