Can I buy just the bottom of the racor filter that has the sensor for the water alarm on the fuel managment guage?

Sure...

Yes the clear bowl with the water sensor already installed is Yamaha part number MAR-REPLB-OW-L2. Its about $40 from Boats.net or South Shore Marine http://www.southshoremarineservice.com/ob1.pdf , or your local dealer.

It looks like my speed/ fuel management combo guage doesn't have the water indicator on it anyway. Bummer

MAR-10171-30-00 Water probe. You can try the Racor sensors, I only tried to connect Racors sensor to Yamaha Fuel management gauge once and it didn't work but it was not a new sensor and may have been bad. Just connect black water probe wire to black wire on FMM harness by the fuel flow sensor and connect the blue wire to white/red wire.
