The oil alarm sounded when I started my motor for a fishing trip the other day. I turned the motor off and checked the oil level and it was fine. (I just got the motor out of the shop from routine maintenance.) When I restarted the motor, the oil alarm sounded again. On the 4th try of restarting the motor, the oil alarm did not sound, so I went fishing and had no problems all day. Motors ran fine. I noticed another member had a similar problem and was wondering if anyone found a solution.
