Had the boat on the water for the first time today, was running fine until we hit some bad weather, everytime we hit a sharp wave, either 1 or both of the engines cut out very quickly, then fire up again for no reason, all the wiring is fine and its getting fuel, also does the same when you nail the throttle from standstill, just goes till its on the plane the cuts out. Yet on smooth water, the boat happily hits 40knots, any ideas?

Righto, back to square 1, both engines are starving themselves of fuel when trying to accelerate hard and when at high speed, but both are only doing this when at a warm running temp, cold they are both fine. Compression tested fine on both engines. They are now doing it worse than ever and when they do cut out it happens very suddenly, also checked the primer bulb which remained full of fuel the whole time the engines cut out until they stalled. As stated cold they are fine, and will hold 5500rpm at WOT, once they warm up, they start breaking down.
