Yamaha 25 hp 4 stroke problemo

My 25 screwed up today. It ran fine going duck hunting but when time to come out it wouldn't hit at all. The gas tank was full but no start. We pushed the boat never getting it start. Got home and the engine oil was a milky drippy substance like water in the oil Before i checked that i started it and a lot of white smoke came from the prop or down below the motor. What in the hell is the deal and how can i fix it or just what is the problem.
AND why is oil coming out of the intake?????

Smell the oil to see if smells like gas. Carbs may be flooding and gas getting into engine crankcase.

How much will that cost me?? At yahama place

It only has 1 carb so it shouldn't be too bad.
