F225 Anode

I would like to change the anodes in my 2004 F225's. When I replace the anodes, is it necessary to change the gromets or anything else. as part of the job??
Do I have the correct part numbers...
Anode= 67F-11325-00-00
Gromet= 67F-11328-00-00

Yes I normally replace grommets when replacing anodes. Yes that is the correct part numbers.
