Where to add power trim/tilt fluid

Have a 1998 225TXRW that the power trim/tilt started moving up very slowly and going down wants to be a little ****y. Trim/tilt motor sounds fine. Think it needs fluid added but am trying to figure out where the heck you add it. Also, do you just pour additional fluid in or do you need special tool to add fluid?

Trim it up and look at the trim unit. You will see a reservoir on the right hand(Starboard) side. There is a bolt on it facing you(I think it is 17mm) Take that out and fill with fluid. I use the old time oil can to get the fluid in. Trim it all the way up and down several times to bleed. Good luck.
