no power 60

I have a Yamaha 60hp was running wide open acted like it ran out of fuel.
Switched tanks started right up now has no power and will slowly get up to about 3000 rpm's. Will start and idle no problem every time. Fuel filter is clean, plenty of oil and pressure.

It is a 2004 model

It's probably dirty carbs, do a compression test and check spark plugs.
