I own a pair of 04 300 HPDI's and just recieved a notice from Yamaha about an oil pump recalibration avialable at the dealer. I have to pull the boat out of the water to have this service done and so just wanted to know a little about the recall before I cal the dealer and schedule the replacement. What does it do to the motors i.e. less oil consumption, less plug fouling, etc. How long will this tyically take. Any experienced feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
