Need Help with Battery Cable

I just bought a 1996 yamaha 85hp outboard and it didn't come with a set of battery cable. I just bought a new pair and would like to know where the positive and negative wires go to on the motor. I don't have the manual but want to hook it up so I can test for the power trim/tilt. If anyone know, please help me. A picture will help tremendously. Thanks in advance.

The positive cable connects to starter solenoid and negitive connects to ground(engine block).
