The warning buzzer started sounding about a month ago when I would go over 3500 RPM and now it goes off all the time anytime above idel. I droped the lower unit and checked the impellar(looks great), I removed the thermostat, and took off the overheat sensor. It keeps on doing it and I loose power execpt to idel. Please Help.

IF you have digital gauges what are the warning signals ?
just because you looked at the waterpump and it looked good, it can be faulty....whens the last time it was changed, along with the thermostats and prv ?
Is the main oil tank at the full mark and the sub tank at least 1/4 full ?

Thanks for the help
I thought I took out the thermostat, what I acually took out was the pressure relief vaulve. I took off the thermostat casing and saw that the right thermostat gasket had blocked waterflow thru the thermostat. Thank for the Help-
