Diagnostic indicator YB-06795

I have this tool and find that it has three ends two look like they would hook up to the motor wires, there is also a third end that starts with two wirers ending in a light brown three way receiver plug. The manual for lx250z 2001 motor only shows two ends for this tool and has a part number YB-06765. What would this third outlet be used for?

Different model motor use different connections, you only need to connect as per service manual.
