I have a 1999 Saltwater Series 150 2 stroke. Im beginning to remove the carbs for a cleaning and i found a small gray tubing under the bottom carb unconnected. directly off the center of the block. It has some vacuum effect while idling the engine. I cant find any vacant connections in that area, is it some kind of vent? Its not the vent line from the oil tank.

Check the bottom of the air box assy that covers the carbs for a nipple that
the hose fits onto.

yes , just a recirc hose , should be 1 upper and 1 lower.
