Overheating on a 85 HP 1992

Overheating in this OB occurs about 2 min after engine starts, water pressure on the pee hole is good, but water comes out hot.
Is there any way to check water pump pressure before proceed to replace it?
Is there any other component that will produce overheating like the thermostat?
Could any water passage be clog and still water comes out of pee hole?

if you havent replaced the water pump assy, stats and prv recently, you should do so.

I own this engine since 3 years ago and I have not replaced it yet, I will.
