Engine Value

I'm selling my 2 stroke and upgrading to a 4 stroke. I have a 1987 Yamaha longshaft 40hp with electric start and only has approx 300 hours in freshwater use only (we use it at our cabin in Alaska for hauling firewood). Engine starts right up every time with the turn of the key. The bolts connecting the tiller to the engine frame snapped off and I decided now is the time to upgrade instead. I'm looking for a good asking price.
