  • Oil drain plug washer

Got a 2006 f40 new and changed the oil twice. 1st time didnt see any washer in the drain pan and made sure I poured old oil through a sieve and never saw one the second time but no oil leaking either time. Is it possible that the washer sticks to the oil pan and dosent come out when I remove the oil plug or did they not put one on at the factory. I am ordering 2 from the dealer but dont want to put another one on if the 1st one is allready there and I cant tell.

Its not the lower unit oil drain plug, its a 4 stroke and its the motor oil drain plug and Ive looked in hose the oil drains from and still looks to me like there is no washer there.
