Stuck Trim Switch

The port motor of my 2000 twin 200 HPDI setup suddenly stuck in the power up mode. I can hit the down switch and drop the motor, but when I let go it raises again and whines at the lock. I need to turn off the battery.I've seen a similar problem on a few posts, but no clear fixes.
I took the upper, dual switch out of the throttle and it can't be cleaned (sealed) I guess the two individual switches on the binnacle are the same.
All the switches have a positive "click" when activated, but the "up" on the port side individual rocker switch seems to have lost the click.
Does anyone know where to get repacement switches, or have a good alternate, fix?

youve got the ones in the dual binnacle and the one on the motor...disconnect each at a time to find the bad one then look here for the best prices:

and i THOUGHT it possible to get some thin lube inside...maybe i havent looked at mine in years.....
