Converting 703 controls to "push to open"

I have some controls that are pull to open and the motor I have is a "push to open". I have heard there are ways to convert them. Is this true? If so can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to convert them.

Is it even possible to do this? The guy who sold me the controls told me it was, but he seemed pretty dishonest (sold me wrong harness and would not take it back the next day). So now I don't know if I can believe anything he told me.

You have to change the throttle arm inside control box to a push to open throttle arm.
