  • Hpdi Thermo Switch

I have a weerd proplem with my HPDI
iTS A 300 2005 NO WARRANTY as its i Denmark.

as i turn on the motor running idle there is no problem, as i hit 3000 rpm
the alarm turns on and i cant stop it again - even when its cold.
but after 4 hours its ok.
i try to start it and it runs idel for 25 sek. the alarm comes on again, i tryed to take of the wire to the THERMO SWITCH on the left side tha alarm goes on but it stops when i take of the wire on the right on!???

then i put the THERMO SWITCH in hot water and they work as the handbook sayes no signal before 88 Degree Celcius (190 fahrenheit) after there is ...

the computer says its a overheat proplem ....

do any one have a similar proplem ore have you guyes ever heard of it??

    thanks
    tommy

Check the temp of each head with a thermometer, it may be overheating on that one side.

it was the thermo switch even it was ok after spec. it was bad on the water
i just switch them around and then i moved the problem to the other side of the motor...
