twin 704 Neutral Safty Switch

Hi All, Can anyone tell me if there are any adjustments for the Neutral safty switch on the twin 704 control. Everything was fine up untill now. Now in order to start the port motor, I have to move the control handle a little so it is exactly in the middle, or it will not start. Of course it is not in a accessible spot, I can't even see the bottom end of the 704. The book does not say weather or not it is adjustable.

No it is not adjustable, it may be loose or bad.
