Bad fuel pump??

i have 2 yamaha 300 hpdi on a catamaran

one runs fine - the other gets no fuel.

i can blow air in the hose and hire the bobels in the tank.
i have not been sailing in the boat yet .....
there is a 16 feed long fuel hose on the right motor could that be the problem??

do i need an other fuel pump ??? it seems that it cant get it op from the tank...

the other motor has a 5 feet gas hose and runs fine..!??

do i install a oneway valve ore another fuel pump on the system ??

try another tank, ball and hose...hooked directly to the filter on the motor to see if the problem is on the tank side or motor side.
