What is the difference 115HP vs. 130HP

I have a 1998(97 manufacture date) Yamaha 115 horsepower 2 stroke. The question is can I "upgrade" it to 130 horsepower. It is just slightly underpowered for my center console. It looks like the 115 and 130 share A LOT of parts. Is the 115 a detuned 130? Can I just upgrade Carbs? or what makes the 130 15 horse more?

Or....what can I safely and economically do to gain a little more power from my 115?

We don't make conversions to horsepower. I think the 130 has a different gear ratio, different rpm range and I beleave the intake and carbs are different.
