Thermo switch help

Does anyone have a photo of where the wires to the thermo switches on the head plug into? I got my 1992 175 back from a shop and they deleted my thermo switches, and the motor will not get over 2000 rpm. The wiring is a mess and I have no reference point to start from.

I don't have pictures but it's a pink wire and black wire that comes out of the engine wire harness. If they removed them they may have cut the wires and you would need unwrap tape from eng. harness and find them.
