what is a good W.O.T. rpm for my boat

Twin 200 hpdi year 2000. 26 foot century boat. with a full tank of fuel i'm hitting 4700 rpm trimmed out wide open. Should I be getting another thousand???

The operating range for that motor is 4500-5500 rpm's. It would be better if you went with a smaller pitch prop's to get the rpm's up.
