carb tuning air mix screw 25 MSH

my service manual is still in the mail,
quick question hopefully someone can answer:

need to adjust carbs a little I think because the motor sneezes a lot at low idle. For a 2006 25-hp MSH 2-stroke, boats.net parts listing is #16 and calls it an air mixture screw. Is that correct, and am I correct in saying if I turn clockwise closing it it will richen up the mixture?

It is a pilot mixture screw which is air and fuel. Clockwise will lean the mixture. The starting setting is 2 turns plus or minus 3/4 turn.
