Digital tacho - will it my 40hp 2-stroke?

Hi

Will a new Yamaha digital tacho from tacho/speedo kit - part number 6YR-W0035-48 fit my (1995), 3 cylinder, 2-stroke, Autolube, manual tilt, trim and start outboard? It's a 6H4 model, model number: 40VMHO.

Not sure 6YR-W0035-48 is not available here in the U.S.
