I have a 1999 Yamaha 2 stroke that is fouling spark plugs every other fishing trip. I clean the plugs and it runs fine again. What is causing it to get to much oil to the cylinders? Is this something major to worry about?

It could be a bad oil pump, carbs too rich, bad fuel pump or engine running too cold. If it is too rich on oil it can cause the rings to stick over a period of time.
