703 side conrol wiring diagram

I just bought a used G3 jon boat with a yamaha 703 side control. Out of the back of the side control there are several wires that all have bullet style connectors on them. Can anyone tell me what they do? I'd like to hook up a digital tach and trim gauge and I'm hoping these wires may be what I need to use.
