250hp fuel injection

i have twin yamaha 250hp outboards they both cut out at about 3900 rpm's. i changed the 3 fuel pumps on one engine still cutting out.i ran a separt tank did the same thing.fuel pressure at idle is 35 psi and drops almost to zero while cruising and both engines bogg.any suggestionon a diag who be great. thanks

what happens to the pump ball when this occurs.if they BOTH do the same thing, the only common is the tank or the lines going TO the motors.
POSSIBLY a weak battery/not enuf voltage/bad connections but most likely fuel restricted.

hello, if you have a 2 stroke 250hp fuel injected engine? there is a aluminum tank on the port side of the engine, there is a electric fuel pump inside with a 10 micron filter connected to the bottom. If this filter becomes clogged just a little it will starve the fuel pump, pressure will drop, and engine will stall

YOu should really change your VST filter and see if that does it.
