2002 f100 sputtering/stalling???

Hello this is my first post due to the fact that i just recently bought a 1988 17 montauk with a 2002 yamaha 100 four stroke. 2 months ago it had a complete tune up... But at this time is running rough, sputtering and stalling. Runs good when cruising at higher rpms. Just put new fuel in, checked the fuel filter but don't know where to look from here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I have put new fuel in the tank, but the problem seems to be getting worse. It has a real problem idling and when throttled up it bogs and dies. If i pump fuel with the throttle before and start the motor in neutral throttled forward it will start up and run ok at higher rpm's.

use an auxillary tank to ensure your tankside is ok.
sounds like youve a restriction/ lack of fuel supply.
