F115 fuel pressure low @ wot

With key on, I have 45# fuel then after start, 35#. Runs great (6000 rpm) for about 1 minute then drops to 5000 rpm or less with only 17# fuel pressure. Engine surges at wot as pressure surges from 17# to 20# but will not get over 2o# and 4500rpm unless I turn key off and then 6ooo for only one minute. Have changed all filters. Please help.

You need to remove and clean vapor separator tank and fuel pump filter inside tank, if you find trash inside tank you need to install a 10 micron fuel/water separator filter in boat and replace fuel filter on engine.
