Diagnostic software

I currently have YDS VER 1.23 is there other software that can talk to the ECM and its sensors?and is it availible ?If you are using the motors in motorsports can I get the software from motor sports areas?
I have two Yammies 200AET 2002

Can you tell me what software is needed to set the TPS sensor when you remove it to change the thermostat?
