engine will not start

I check and cleaned the carborator, new spark plugs,
fresh fuel, cleaned fuel filter, battery charged full.

Engine will not start.

This is a 2004 25 hp electric start (4-stroke)

Tom, are you sure that fuel is getting to the motor? check, clean, replace fuel filters. Make sure that when you punp up the priner ball that it stays hard, if it does not, check for leaks. let me know how you make out.
