Bottom Clynder on port and Top and Bottom Cylinder on stbd has no fire. Checked Pulser coil voltages, Stator Voltages, Swapped ignition coil (just did one for a quick check). Does it in Neutral or Foward engaged. The ignition and CDI seems to resemble the EFI model ( it has 6 pulser coils and 2 plugs on the bottom of CDI) but this motor is Carbed. The Crank Position Sensor voltage is present but is about 10v instead of 6v which the book calls for. Also the wires that have fire are around 6.5KV using a quick probe. Also temp is OK. Does this all point to the CDI?
Thanks in advance guys and welcome because I'm a newbie.

The voltage specs in manual are for peak reading voltage and without a peak reading voltmeter the readings you get with a standard voltmeter will not be the same as specs.
