i have a pair of f100 four strokes (2000 models). my starboard motor is starving for fuel on the top end, rpm will fluctuate between 3500 and 4000 with 4000 being the most i can get. if the fuel bulb is pumped hard while running the motor runs normal. i have changed filters/ seperators, in line strainer, cleaned pick ups, carbs and pumps. pumps are pumping what appears to be good flow. checked levers that drive pumps from cam, appear good. switched pick up lines from fuel tank and still have starboard problem. also engine is very hard to start cold as if the primers (electronic on carbs) are not working but not sure if an unrelated problem.
