c115 Engine won't turn off.

1997 C115 had intermitant spark issues, thought I traced the problem to the key switch assembly.
Purchased a new switch from this site,engine starts
fine but after several start/stops it wont shut off.
I turn the key off and she keeps running.
Pulled the kill switch and it still runs too.
I think it may be a ground wire issue in my wire harness. I order the shop manual to see schematics.
Any thoughts guys?

Probably the main wire harness between engine and key switch has a broken ign. stop wire inside harness or the CDI unit is bad. Try replacing the main harness first.
