150 V-Max no fire on cylinder 2 and 5

Hello everyone. My 150 vmax has no fire on cylinders 2 and 5, Coil packs maybe? Sometimes I put it in drive and it will only go to 1500 or 1600 rpm, all the rpm I want in neutral, and all the power and rpm I want in reverse. And other times it runs like a top, no problems at all. I had a marina hook a code light to it and it came up with code 13 which is , Incorrect pulsar core input signal. Any comments or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A bad pulsor coil could affect 2 cylinders.

Pulsar coil was checked and is good. What else? Ignition coils(AKA coil packs)were checked as well, there OK. By the way it is a Yamaha 150 V150TLRZ. THANKS.
