dead cylinder / fuel in crankcase

4 stroke F50T YAMAHA 1985 model bottom cylinder has spark. fuel flooding into crankcase any ideas?

It may carb flooding which will let gas get into oil. Are you sure about the year?

I have had carbs rebuild twice now. You are right its a 1995 motor. Are you meaning a sticky carb float?

fuel pump seems to be holding pressure when pumping gas bulb, with fuel pump off. I am going to get rebuild kit and rebuild myself.
