I've got a 2001 Yamaha F100TLRZ on a 25' Sanpan pontoon. When I ran it for the first time this season it smoked really bad when I started due to the fogging oil and it seem to run rough. When I opened it up it would only run about 15 mph then after awhile it seemed like another cylinder kicked in a it ran up to the normal 25mph. Now its doing it again only getting to 15mph wide open. Any idea what it could be or what to check first? Should I start with new spark plugs?

It could be spark plugs, it could be anything. The most common problem after being in storage is plugged up carbs, may have to clean carbs.
