I have a 99 200HP Saltwater series that is not idling well. It stalls at idle and will also stall if I put into gear. If I give her a lot of gas once I put her in gear she will run. Once I get her runiing at higher RPM it runs fine. I assuming my the jets in my carbs need to be cleaned but I am unsure of the best method to do this. The carbs were re-built 2 years ago. Thannks in advance for any input

Sounds like the low speed jets to me. I had the same problem with mine, tried spray cleaner, it helped but didn't solve the problem until I pulled the carbs, removed the jets and cleaned them properly.
