Engine runs perfectly and can be switched off up until 30 minutes of running. After this (i.e. once its hot) neither switching off or pulling kill cord will kill the engine.
Switch definitely works and have removed white wire from CDI and then grounded the terminal - engines keeps going. After 2-3 hours of cooling the stop switch works again. All suggests CDI is the problem - Is there anything engine side of the CDI that could be causing the problem?
