Does this sound like a bad ignition coil? Engine starts fine, idles OK but idle occasionally changes speed. Advanceing the throttle causes the bottom cylinder to start missing with little change in RPM, eventually (0-2min.) the engine speeds up to the faster setting without missing and runs for a short period of time properly. It then goes back to the original condition of missing and the entire sequence is repeated. The fuel system and carb have been checked and are OK.
Per my Seloc manual the primary coil resistance is OK but the secondary is not, the spec is 2.9-3.9K ohms, mine is over 15K ohms.
