40hp carb kit and lower unit seals?

I have a 1987 40hp that I want to clean the carbs. I would like to get a carb gasket kit but not sure if the kit does one carb or all of them. Do I need one or three of these?
Carb kit I am looking at is 6H4-W0093-01-00

Next I found water in the lower unit. I plan to order a lower unit seal kit. This kit includes all seals and gaskets I will need right? It also looks like two kits are shown and not sure if I need one or the other or both?

6H4-W0093-01-00 Carb Kit does all three carbs.
6H4-W0001-20-00 is the seal kit you need to reseal lower unit.
