I have a 93 Pro-V 150. Over the last two years it has become increasingly hard to start. I don't know if it's flooded or starved. The only way I can start it now is by not choking it, no fast idle, and keep cranking it until it finally starts to fire. Then I can add a little fast idle and eventally it will run. When it runs it seems sluggish compared to how it used to run.
