half throttle bog

Finally got out 25elhp on the water today. Made a couple runs really nice. Then it started to bog at mid throttle or above. It has to be carb related. Any ideas?

I checked the bulb and it was full. That would mean the venting of the tank is wrong and I'm pretty sure it's right....
